Site Access
As you may be unfamiliar with some of the tools used on this site, this section explains how they can be used make the best of the site. In order to make the site easier to use, we have also included a series of keyboard short-cuts in order to facilitate usage and to make surfing around the site quicker and easier.
Here are the key combinations you need to use the short-cuts:
- Windows: Type in the section number while holding down the ALT key.
- Mac OS: Hold down the Control key then type in the section number.
- Internet Explorer: Press the Enter key to access each section.
- Opera: Press the ESC key (top left) while holding down the SHIFT key (sometimes shown by an upwards-pointing arrow) then type in the section number to go to the chosen section.

- In order to optimise accessibility, this site has been set up in compliance with W3C (World Wide Web Consortium) standards in accordance with the recommendations regarding accessibility included in the WCAG 1.0 (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 1.0) which serve as the guidelines for web accessibility. These guidelines cover three levels of accessibility (from "A" to "Triple A") with greater accessibility requirements for each level.
- W3C (World Wide Web Consortium) validators were used to validate XHTML (eXtensible HiperText Markup Language) and CSS (Cascade Style Sheets).
- The "Triple-A" certification for accessibility has been checked for using several highly accurate validation tools such asHERA,TAW andeXaminator, as well as via expert manual validation.
